*样品:

在开发新客户的时候,为了满足产品的价格、质量、规格的可比性,我们往往需要客户提供样品给我司检测。然后,我们会做出相应的报价。客户提供样品,在合理快递费用的情况下,我司负担快递的费用。当然,在某些时候,我们也可以根据客户的口头的、具体的产品规格要求(没有样品),或者是我司推荐的产品规格,做出相应的报价。对于外国的客户,由于样品的快递费用较高,我们会根据实际情况,与客户沟通并确定快递费的负担情况。   

*交货期:

透明封箱胶的生产时间一般情况下大约为3天(以订单2000卷为例),再加上适当的货运时间即为交货期。印刷封箱胶的生产时间,如果是第一次生产,考虑到要做模板,生产期大约为15天(以生产一支母卷为例,如果生产规格为45mm*80码的成品,大约可生产1300卷)。从第二次或以后,生产期大约为8天。再加上适当的货运时间即为交货期。

*版费(印刷):

如果是做印刷的封箱胶,我们会按实际数额,收取(代收)客户的印刷版费,版费大约为450~650元(以印刷一种颜色为例)。对于收取的版费,我们会分10次退还给客户。比如如果收了500元,我们每次送货(1支料),会退给客户50元,直到退完为止。

*付款及运费:

对于中山市范围内或者周边地区的客户(可送货上门),如果金额较少,我们一般采取送货收现金的方式。如果金额较大,且供需双方已有一定的了解,双方可协商确定在合理的期限内付款。对于距离较远的客户(需要发货运),我们一般是收到100%的汇款后才发货。当然,在双方已有一定的了解后,也可通过第三方的平台,例如阿里巴巴系统、货运代收等方式结算。货运费用一般是客户承担,在货款上一并收取。在特殊情况下,运费的分担可协商确定。

*贴牌(加工):

  我司也可为客户加工产品,在产品或者包装上打上客户的商标等资料。但前提是客户务必能够把商标的拥有权以及相关的授权等资料提供给我司。

*售后服务:

我们对于我司的产品质量,十分有保证。但在极为个别的情况下,如果产品出现了问题,并且经我司检测后确认是我司的责任,我们会100%更换货物。即使已经收了客户的全部货款,我们也会承担以上的服务承诺。但客户在发现问题后,务必尽快告知我们,共同协商解决问题。如果因客户的延误通知,而造成双方损失的扩大,客户应负担相应的责任。“我们承诺:封箱胶误差范围在1米以内。”我们会严格管理生产,以达到以上的产品要求。但在极为个别的情况下,由于机器故障或者人员的失误等原因,造成封箱胶的误差范围超过一米的,对于误差的长度(米数)部分,我们会以补偿有关货物或者现金的形式,三倍于误差的长度(米数),赔偿给客户。

*Sample:

  If the buyer has a real sample and request us to manufacture according to the sample, please send the sample to us for test. We will quote and manufacture accordingly. If the buyer need our sample for reference, we can send the sample to you. The sample fee is on the seller, but the buyer should take the postage for the sample. So please tell us your courier account number and detailed address.

*Delivery:

  The production period for common bopp packing tape is about 2 days for the amount of 5000rolls(45mm*80yard). About the printed bopp packing tape for the first order, we need to prepare for the mould and printing. And additional 13 days is needed for the mould and printing(for one big roll of bopp semi-finished products) . For the second order and the subsequent order, additional 7 days is needed for the printing. Of course, the above production period is under the normal situation. The specific period would be a little more or less according to the realistic production situation as discussed by the seller and buyer. If the price term is FOB, the buyer should advise the details of the forwarder in China at least 15 days before the shipment. If the forwarder can not supply the space, we will not be responsible.  

*Fee for printed mould:

  For the first order about the printed bopp packing tape, fee for the mould is on the buyer. It is about 450~650RMB for the mould(for one color). Of course, if the first order is a large order, we will pay for the mould fee, as discussed by the seller and buyer.

*Payment:

  For small order(amount below 5000USD), payment should be made 100% by T/T before production. For normal order, 30% T/T as deposit before production and balance 70% T/T after shipment against faxing shipping documents. For larger order(amount above 100,000USD), 30% T/T as deposit before production and balance 70% confirmed and irrevocable L/C at sight. After receipt of 100% payment, all original shipping documents will be immediately sent by DHL、TNT、UPS or FedEx. All banking charges including those of negotiating and paying banks, documentation, legalization charges are to be paid by buyers. The following is some terms on L/C. The L/C must be confirmed and irrevocable. It should be payable "at sight" in China at the counters of a major China bank upon presentation of documents. The currency of payment must be in US dollars. The L/C must be in English language. All banking charges must be for applicant's account. Shipment is from harbor Xiaolan or Zhongshan. The L/C must be prepared subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 500).

*Trademarks:

  We can use the customers’ trademarks on products and related packing cartons. But the buyer must give us an authorization and related documents showing that the trademarks are owned by the buyer.

*Aftersales Service:

  “We promise the length error scope of our packing tape is within 1 meter.” We will manufacture strictly according to this principle. But under extremely few cases, if the length error scope is more than 1 meter because of machine fault or other unexpected reasons, we will compensate customers for money or related product 3 times of the error length(meters).
